Polymer clay is a very popular alternative to using 'normal' clay for making creative art and crafts projects for kids.
However, you can use these similar techniques to build all sorts of imaginative creatures with paper clay. When they are done, just leave them to dry. Then paint them in your favorite colors. For a longer lasting creature, seal with varnish.
